The company ensures that its mineral and metal sourcing is from legitimate sources, thereby adhering to responsible procurement practices.
Focus on Labor Rights of Suppliers and Contractors
In PDC’s supplier selection and management process, it is explicitly stated that suppliers and contractors must adhere to labor rights regulations as outlined in the Labor Standards Act. This includes matters such as the prohibition of child labor and forced labor. During supplier selection, all suppliers and contractors are required to sign the “ Honesty and Integrity Guarantee Letter” and” NON-DISCLOSURE WARRANTY “ and to abide by the “Responsible Business Alliance Code of Conduct”.
